Warranty
We warrant that our products are fit for their intended use and free of manufacturing defects.
“Defects”, are defined as
one or more imperfections in material or workmanship that will inhibit furniture use as intended.
In case you have issue with any of our products within warranted period please contact us and we will open
RMA number.
After analyzing the defect, we have our option to either repair or replace the defective component. We will
assume all
expenses related to repairs or replacement parts including shipping charges. Customer is responsible for
installing
provided component(s).

warranty does not include defect caused by improper assembly, negligence, abuse, weather related damages, misuse, normal weathering effects on teak that is teak turning silvery grey or checking1.
Custom products:
Furniture: We provide all CAD, Engineering designs and sample of custom order prior to mass production. These products
can not be returned or replaced unless the defect is from manufacturing.
Cushion: Custom cushions cannot be returned unless the defect is from production.
Accessories: Accessories including umbrellas, covers carry one-year warranty.
Commercial warranty: Our commercial grade furniture carries a warranty of 3 years and noncommercial grade furniture
carries warranty of one year. Please browse products that states as commercial grade. All custom designs from commercial
customers carries warranty of one year.
1 Checking is normal phenomena that occurs on woods at the end of grain. It happens due to expanding and contraction of
wood grain ends. Small cracks appear at the end of wood that does not affect the integrity of the product in any shape
or form.
